Y3K PORTAL
SMILEY CRUSHER TEE
The Smiley Crusher Tee lives somewhere between signal and static.
It came out of a collision of distorted graphics, fractured systems, strange symbols, and the feeling of trying to remain yourself while everything around you is telling you what you’re supposed to be.
The visual world pulls from a lot of places I naturally gravitate toward: dystopian cyberpunk, city lights, hardcore shows, Y2K internet culture, digital noise, and the weird beauty of things that look slightly broken.
But underneath all of that noise, there is something much simpler:
True hope travels through all the noise.
レヴェレーション ギア Revērēshon Gia
The headline translates roughly to “Revelation Gear.”
For me, revelation isn't simply receiving information.
It's transformation.
It's when something gets revealed to you and you can't quite go back to seeing it the same way.
I wanted the Japanese writing in the piece partly because of that feeling of being foreign to the culture around you.
There is something about seeing familiar ideas expressed through an unfamiliar visual language that creates distance — and somehow, that distance creates perspective.
It feels a little alien.
A little futuristic.
A little outside the system.
And I like that.

SUBVERSIVE TO HUMAN EXPECTATION
I don't want this brand to simply fit neatly into an existing category.
I don't want to make clothing that tells people what box they're supposed to stand inside.
And I don't want to build something that needs everyone to agree with it before it can exist.
There is a certain freedom in realizing that you don't have to become what people expected you to become.
You can make something strange.
You can change direction.
You can create outside the language people are used to.
You can refuse the expected shape.
Subversive to human expectation.
That's become part of the energy behind HSC.
YOU ARE LOVED
This is our lema.
We say it no matter what.
The message underneath all the distortion.
Under the noise.
.
We don't need categories, names or labels to tell us who is worthy of love.
